These terms govern your use of HotdogFX. By creating an account or using the site you accept them. Replace the bracketed placeholders with your entity and governing jurisdiction, and have a lawyer review before launch.

1. The service

HotdogFX aggregates publicly available forex and cryptocurrency news headlines from third-party wire services and RSS feeds, and displays them in a live dashboard. We link to the original publisher; we do not republish full articles.

2. Your account

  • You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
  • You are responsible for activity under your account.
  • Authentication is handled by Auth0; their terms apply to the credential handling itself.
  • We may suspend accounts that abuse the service or attempt to disrupt it.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Scrape, mirror or resell the feed, or redistribute it as your own product.
  • Attempt to access data or systems you are not authorised to access.
  • Automate requests at a rate that degrades the service for other users.

4. Third-party content

Headlines, summaries and images belong to their original publishers and are shown for identification and linking purposes. We are not responsible for the accuracy, completeness or timeliness of third-party content, and we have no editorial control over it.

5. Availability

HotdogFX is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Delivery speed depends on our upstream sources; we advertise near real-time delivery, typically under sixty seconds, and we do not guarantee any specific latency, uptime or completeness of coverage.

6. No liability for trading losses

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HotdogFX and its operators are not liable for any trading loss, lost profit, or indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of, or reliance on, the service. See our Disclaimer.

7. Changes and termination

We may change these terms or discontinue the service at any time. Material changes will be reflected in the date above. You may close your account at any time.

8. Governing law
